can i sell an eCig with no nicotine on craigslist? just the batterys and pack. Or could I get in trouble?

from what I understand the eCig is an electronic cigarette and the user purchases whatever nicotine filters for it that they want. Unless there are prohibitions against selling such devices on Craigs list, and as long as you disclose that you don’t have any filters with it and they need to buy their own (just like selling a car that does not have gas in it) I don’t see why not but I would check w// craigslist and ask.
